Telegraph House, Crosby

This project was a chance to take a derelict site, sat in a prominent town centre location, and produce something that would better address the streets around it and a piece of design that Crosby town can be proud of. In addition to the external appearance, we wanted to make sure that all 72 dwellings were of a high standard and the street scene was active, so it plays a part within the context it sits.
