A 10 storey, new-build proposal that will bring 174 new residential dwellings to the city centre of Liverpool. Located on the edge of the Baltic Triangle and the popular Baltic Market. One of the key features of the scheme is its proximity to a largely unused park, which will provide residents will tons of outdoor space in addition to the range of balconies and terraces designed into the scheme. We worked closely with the local planning department to provide a quality piece of architecture that is designed in a modern way, yet speaks to the local vernacular, whilst complementing the new development opposite.
