We were appointed in 2021 to obtain planning permission on a pre-existing scheme that was ‘drifting in the system’. The team at RBA refreshed the design, improved all internal layouts and re-engaged with the local authority to bag planning permission in early 2022. The project is to start on site toward the end of 2022 and will deliver 64 high end residential apartments and 1,500sqm of mixed use space at ground and mezzanine.
