Watkinson Street, Baltic Triangle, Liverpool

On the back of a pre-existing design and planning consent, we were tasked with delivering over 2,200sqm of new workspace in the creative hub of Liverpool, the Baltic Triangle. The project is currently on site and includes a large, 3-storey roof top extension, clad in corten steel and dressed in a black steel exo-skeleton.
