Holly Farm to start on site.

After receiving planning consent toward the end of 2021, Studio RBA have been appointed to lead a design team through the various pricing and construction stages of the project to ensure a start on site for Q4 of 2023.

The project comprises 9 residential dwellings, of varying sizes and number of bedrooms between 3-4.

The proposals result in a satisfying horse shoe shape, enclosing a central courtyard that’s formed by a new build connection between two runs of existing stables.

We were very proud to receive planning consent given the site’s green belt status and heritage of the existing buildings. But, we believe that these proposals will modernise a tired set of structures, making them a sustainable solution for many years to come.
