One-off residential project submitted for planning consent.

We’ve recently submitted proposals for a new build home in Formby.

Sefton Council have received our application to demolish a tired dwelling that currently occupies the site and replace it with a c. 4,000sqft property over 2.5 stories.

The new home will provide 5 large bedrooms, several large living spaces and studies, plus an open plan, living/diner/kitchen to the rear, taking full advantage of the views toward the lengthy rear garden.

Fingers crossed our proposals are well received and we can look forward to a start on site.
