New project win with leading housing provider Torus

Since gaining planning consent for a hotel at the back end of 2021, this project site has changed hands and Torus Developments have appointed Studio RBA to deliver a residential project, comprising of 93 apartments of varying sizes and number of bedrooms.

The design is to pay homage to the warehouses in the area, particularly the CUC centre on Parliament Street. At ground level we’re proposing 1.5 storey shopfronts, allowing for a range of complementary uses to both the building itself and the Baltic Triangle district.

After a promising pre-application process, we’re hopeful for a smooth(ish) planning process.

A full, detailed application is due any day now!
