Our project in Port Erin, Isle of Man gets the go ahead!

A long time coming, but well worth the wait!

One of our flagship projects, a £40m+ mixed use development in Port Erin, Isle of Man has been granted planning consent. All four phases were approved at planning committee and the intention is to begin work on site before the end of 2023, starting with the basement and associated podium works.

We’re currently appointed to work up an RIBA Stage 4 design with engineers Dice & SVM with a start on site targeted for Q4 of 2023.
